Privacy Notice

Who we are
Charlie Bravo, is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through this owner-driver recruitment website.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, mobile telephone number, email address if supplied, licensing authority, vehicle make/model/year, preferred contact method and anything you voluntarily provide in the enquiry form.
Providing your information
Providing information through the expression-of-interest form is voluntary. However, we need the fields marked as required in order to consider and respond to your enquiry. If those details are not provided, we may be unable to progress your expression of interest.
Why we use your information
We use this information to respond to your expression of interest, arrange an informal conversation, understand your licensing and vehicle position, assess whether to progress your application and manage initial recruitment and onboarding.
We will not use information submitted through this recruitment form for unrelated marketing purposes without an appropriate lawful basis.
Our lawful basis
We rely primarily on our legitimate interests in recruiting suitable professional owner-drivers and establishing whether there may be an appropriate commercial relationship. If recruitment progresses, other lawful bases may apply where information is required for contractual, legal or regulatory purposes.
Your right to object
Because we rely on legitimate interests for some of this processing, you have the right to object to that processing in certain circumstances. If you wish to object, please contact us using the contact details below.
Who can access your information
Recruitment information is handled internally by Charlie Bravo’s UK team and will not be made available to Charlie Bravo’s overseas operational teams as part of the owner-driver recruitment process.
We use trusted service providers to operate the website and related systems, including Wix, which processes information on our behalf. Such providers may use infrastructure or sub-processors outside the United Kingdom. Where international transfers take place, appropriate legal safeguards are used. Further information about any international-transfer safeguards can be requested from us.
We will not sell your personal information.
How long we keep your information
If your expression of interest does not progress, we will normally retain the information for up to six months following our last meaningful contact with you, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it for longer.
If you subsequently become an active Charlie Bravo owner-driver, information required for the ongoing commercial, licensing and operational relationship may be retained in accordance with applicable business and regulatory requirements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your information, correct inaccurate information, request erasure, restrict processing, object to certain processing and request transfer of your information where applicable.
Contact
If you have questions about how Charlie Bravo uses your personal information or wish to exercise a data-protection right, please contact Charlie Bravo, at info@cb360.co.uk.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we use your personal information, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to resolve them. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
Changes to this Privacy Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice as Charlie Bravo develops or if our data-processing arrangements change. The latest version will be published on this website.
