The dynamic of our team is Jeremy, Cath and Jonathan. Collectively we have a wealth of property and business management experience plus long established reputations in the Cambridge property market. Naturally we each add to the whole, but we do share one vision and that is to offer something better, more personalised and more considerate and it is this very reason that we have jointly established Charlie Bravo.

Jeremy Wager

I am Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in property management and maintenance. I set up Cambridge Property Management 10 years ago focusing on block management.

With a Degree in Estate Management, I am a qualified Chartered Surveyor and I have been working in the Cambridge property market both as an agent and a surveyor. One of my previous roles which gives me an insight into the business was with Redmayne Arnold & Harris where I ran and expanded the Lettings Department for just over 5 years. I am passionate about providing a professional and personal service and am excited about the opportunity to provide the quality of service the Cambridge lettings market deserves

Jonathan Pearson

I have been involved in residential property for over fifteen years, predominantly in Cambridge. I am ARLA qualified, with experience in residential sales and development as well as buy-to-let and property investment portfolios. I have worked for large companies such as Savills, smaller organisations such as Encore and as an Independent Consultant with housing associations and property developers. It is this balance of experience within the industry and my understanding of Cambridge market that makes me, in cricket terms, the perfect all-rounder.

Cath Lee

As a Cambridge resident and landlord I see both sides of the coin. I bring 20 years of experience working in Cambridge businesses, including the education sector, but predominantly with entrepreneurial start-ups in technology. With an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management, I deliver professional expertise in all areas of business performance to ensure customer satisfaction, creating value in the business.

I am delighted to be involved in establishing a business that can provide the level of personal and professional service for landlords and tenants that I would wish to experience myself.
